A healthy lifestyle is much more than just eating and exercising. What about what you feed your mind with every day? Is there a lot of stress in your life? We all know that stress is one of the biggest factors affecting our lives nowadays. What about your mindset or your beliefs about yourself? Are they also standing on the way to your healthier and happier self?
My coaching is based on analyzing different aspects of your life (health, work environment, mind set and beliefs, daily habits, etc.) Once we have the actual picture of what your life looks like today, we will decide what's standing on the way between you and your healthier self and how that healthier self really looks like.
And once we know all that, It's time to make the magic happen!

Important to Know:
Each session is 45 to 65 minutes long. In some cases you might take "homework" with you to analyze, think about, write, etc. And we will discuss it the following session.
The total number of sessions required to achieve your goals may vary depending on each case and on the goals you set. Although in my general experience, 8 to 12 sessions is enough. The goals we will set will be very clear and by the time we finish with this coaching, you will have either achieved them on their totality, started achieving them or gotten a very clear idea of how to achieve them once you feel ready.

I recommend one session every two to four weeks.
